    I have been telling JA for more than a year that they are biting the hand that feeds them. Allowing ANY of the experts answers to be able to be googled is causing big loss of income for both the experts and JA. This is not just a supposition, This is first hand experience from frior customers saying that they no longer need to contact JA to get an answer because they can google ANY answer that they need for free. I have tried this myself and it works. I have NEVER EVER paid for an answer because I can ALWAYS find an answer for FREE . All of every experts answers are available to the public on JA just by clicking on an experts Profile. This has to stop or JA and Pearl will go out of business as will the experts who answer the questions.

  2. How many Experts would like the compensation split increase by achieving certain levels i.e. 1000 accepts, 2000 etc?

  3. I use photos and diagrams frequently to convey a message clearly. It is quite difficult currently.

  4. Tmes are hard instead of getting paid once a month how about twice a month for awhile?

  5. I would like to receive an email notification for each refund and also a reason from the customer for the refund.
