An error occurred while saving the comment Robert commentedNot true, some people think that they already paid when they see the deposit already deducted from their credit card, they need to know that the expert doesn't get paid until they click "Accept"!!!!

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert commentedI think chat room should only be available only if the customer is actually online and waiting, otherwise the default format should be Q&A and give the expert the ability to initiate chat if the customer is online.

Good Idea, also make the Upload process easier, by using less mouse clicks. Also allow Expert to manage their upload folder...
