A feature for attaching pictures that does not have confusing limitations
The current paperclip is confusing customers do not know how to shrink pictures they can barely upload them
pictures and file attachments are very important to what we do

what about pdf files? i have acess to all dodge/chrysler diagnostic sheets and guess what they are in PDF format! i cannot upload any pdf file this makes it difficult to properly help some customers as i must copy and paste the file and it loses the format many times and comes up jumbled

A larger view of a picture that all experts can be seen by customer should remain consistent through out the site.

I almost wrote the same topic but not in regards to pictures at all. I generally wish we had a FILE uploader and not an image uploader. Uploading any ZIP file would make my life easier.

@brian
If you make notes in Evernote with pictures that are stored online, you can just copy and paste into a chat/Q&A and the images will show up also.
I use this method all day.
Just letting you know ;]

I also would like to see how we can upload a document. For me a document that has instructions with screenshots can help resolve the issue a lot quicker
