Let customers know that they can continue with the expert even after they accepted.
Customers usually give negative or neutral feedback when they accept and do not aske additional questions. We should let them know, that they can continue even after they accept to work with the expert. The accept is not the end of the line

Some experts get paid and never go back to the question to follow up. Thats not a good idea

Big Big ISSUE: experts can not see timed out replies from customers unless they go hunting for them. The customer sometimes doesn't get back to reply for days by which time the question has timed out and the expert is not notified of the reply. The customer feels ignored and goes away very unhappy with the service and the expert.

This is another area that customers get confused. When my wife used your service she had to continue to ask questions because the lawyer would not give a definite answer, or even say if they were familiar with California law.
