    One way I can think of is that the Expert that opts out doesn't get paid. Otherwise other Experts won't chime in because the customer has already paid the first Expert.

  10. A pop up should appear when a customer rates negatively requesting the reason for doing so. That reason is then shared with us.

    This situation is made less fair on us in countries with slow Internet connections. Many times I see a new Question appear that has already been locked by an Expert.

    Have you been able to screenshot and document your experience? The next time it happens, it would be really helpful if you could try and take a screenshot immediately when you’ve been kicked out (if you’re getting an error message, or does it just dump you onto another page?) The more information the better, then Tom in our Bugs forum can help diagnose the problem.
