Justanswer should not allow the customer to ACCEPT if the expert opts out
If the expert opts out, due to lack of time, info or other reasons....the customer sometimes ACCEPTS....and this leaves customers paying for nothing, leaving negative feedback.....so it's bad for the customer, expert and JA!

It also works in that when an expert has opted out, the customer gets confused when another expert comes in and gives them the answer. I have had many occasions where the customer has excepted the Opted out expert, leaving me trying to sort out the payment and trying to find options to inform MODs is a pain.

I think that the customer should not have the opt out option, we spend alot of time with them and for them just to opt out. Thats just BS.

I have had plenty of circumstances where I have opted-in and the customer accepted my answer. I have also provided thousands of answers and I am pretty sure that I have never had negative feedback arising from the circumstances you describe. Eliminating the opt-out option would be bad for the customer, me and JA.
