  1. Upload file procedure is cumbersome, cannot be used by customers, often does not work,

    Very confusing, requiring too many steps/clicks
    Should use the standard papaerclip icon not the 'chain' icon
    Often uploaded files cannot be downloaded

  2. Allow experts to help each other in a public forum - improve accept rates

    Right now the forum is somewhat limited. I'm suggesting that a portion of the forum is provided where a new (or old) expert can solicit CONSTRUCTIVE advice in their category for improving their answers... Allow us to learn from each others experience and expertise! To do this, we need to be able to reference a specific question.

    Limitations: No "call outs" allowed...

    I'd love to have advice from my fellow experts on how I can improve my answers! Right now, I have to do so via PM. Allowing a link on the expert forum would facilitate an active an positive…

  4. Add a prompt for customers to enter their name

    Few customers volunteer their name when asking their question. I think customers should be asked to enter their name when asking a question so that communicating the answer can be made more personal. This would help customers realize they are receiving an individual, tailored answer to their question and make the experience more personal and valuable for them.

  5. Experts locking chats for hours

    Other experts must be able to step in if the expert in the chat keeps posting wrong suggestions and keeps the chat locked for hours until the customer gives up and walks away. There used to be report option for Incorrect Answer which would allow other experts to post the correct answer.

  6. Experts able to select which categories they view with particularity

    I have multiple legal category admissions, but I can't view them all without also having to sift through ALL the legal categories. I would be more efficient and more capable of identifying stale questions in my category if I could just select which categories I wanted to simultaneously view.

  7. Show PROPER ICON for QUESTIONS whose CUSTOMERS who are ONLINE and CAN BE IN CHAT

    Hi Friends,
    I have been a heavy user of JA chat service since it has been made available.. I see that working in a LIVE chat session would help resolve customer problems very quickly and eventually result in MORE ACCEPTS and so good earnings.

    Current I see CHAT icon beside a question, but when i OPEN THE QUESTION in the chat i SEE 50% cases CUSTOMER WOULD BE OFFLINE.. I feel it would be good if we SHOW proper ICON beside question when CUSTOMER IS REALLY WAITING and is LIKELY to JOIN in CHAT immediately.. It would be great if…
