An error occurred while saving the comment Anon commentedAgree with below, all categories seem to be in agreement it seems.
@vetdoc, are there other similar sites for doctors, lawyers, etc too or just vets?

An error occurred while saving the comment Anon commentedAgree. And this is coming from someone earning MORE under the tiered system. My tier is about to be bumped down due to the "algorithm" to an amount I cannot possibly pay bills on. 40% of the tiier I am at now.
Utterly unfair and flawed.
And I agree with below, every just grabs questions and leaves half answers. Not the best answer. The old system was better.
But the site doesn't care about us experts. NUMEROUS have complained. They aren't listening that tiers suck.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anon commentedNot a vet but also a doctorate degree and it's insulting pay. Silver is "ok" (with volume). ALL categories sound like they are getting underpaid.
But the "algorithm" is pushing everyone down weekly as far a the site can pay less. No one is going to work for a few dollars per question.
I am making slightly more now actually, as long as I can hang onto silver, and I would vote old system any day. The "algorithm" is pushing me to bronze at 40% the silver pay. Can't work for that.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anon commentedI dont know anyone above silver either. Im about to get pushed to bronze which is going to make the question 40% of silver. And not worth doing anymore.
The whole algorithm is flawed clearly. My score has dropped weekly despite using all sample language and kissing customer butts. And expert support won't tell you how to improve, its a joke!
Im in danger of bronze already after 2.5 weeks on the tiered system. And I NEVER had an issue getting 70-75% of customers to rate overall over a month, 99% positive rate and over 10,000 questions. So clearly the algorithm is the issue and not me.
And the site is going to lose me very soon at this pace.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anon commentedAgree. Not a vet, but it seems no category is alone on this topic. Scores are arbitrary and they will not explain why the score is what it is, why it went down, how to improve it etc.
To me, that is an arbitrary number to push experts into more work for less money.
Frankly, the old system paying nearly double per question (depending on category) and relying on customers to rate was more stable. These tiers are pushing experts off of the site. No one can survive on less than silver at a few bucks per question, even if you can possibly answer 20-50 per day. And no experts to fulfill the questions, the site makes no money. That should be the BASE pay for every expert.

Pay ALL better, all of us licensed/schooled professionals are feeling the same. Attorneys are at the same insulting values and the "algorithm" is pushing everyone down to bronze at $4. That's insulting! Who can possibly live on that!
$10 should be the bare minimum frankly. And some logical explanation on how to improve your score.
