Make the higher tiers more realistic to achieve
Currently, the higher tiers (Gold and Platinum) appear to be unfairly weighed and unrealistic to achieve, no matter how hard you try. Having significantly increased my time writing answers to diligently follow all tips and advice provided by JA on increasing my quality rate, it has made zero difference and some weeks even results in a dip in the score. Where is the incentive for experts to give their time and expertise if they are battling an unrealistic and skewed scoring system? Either this mystery algorithm needs to change and be tweaked or the tiers need to be adjusted to make them more realistic to achieve. We are not after an easy ride to the top but we do expect fair treatment!

We as experts should look at different option. Justanswer is not longer a reliable and profitable option. Better go away.

Agreed! Score is falling even with increased efforts on my end and it seems impossible to break silver.

I agree, this new system is a disaster and the site should reconsider this system or at least base it off a per question payout that is at least at the level of the previous payouts. I am losing thousands per month because of this new system. I am in the Silver tier and I expected a payout previously of (at the minimum) $10 per question but usually made $11-$12 after the NCRs were put in. This new system is simply a loser for me.

I dont know anyone above silver either. Im about to get pushed to bronze which is going to make the question 40% of silver. And not worth doing anymore.
The whole algorithm is flawed clearly. My score has dropped weekly despite using all sample language and kissing customer butts. And expert support won't tell you how to improve, its a joke!
Im in danger of bronze already after 2.5 weeks on the tiered system. And I NEVER had an issue getting 70-75% of customers to rate overall over a month, 99% positive rate and over 10,000 questions. So clearly the algorithm is the issue and not me.
And the site is going to lose me very soon at this pace.
