  2. I would like to receive an email notification for each refund and also a reason from the customer for the refund.

    I receive ZERO email notifications for the category I was the very first expert in as JA was being built. ZERO. Get tons of emails for the other cats I'm in, but the one where my educational degree and ongoing certifications are in? Nope. The yahoos who DO get the emails are neither educated or degreed, certified or really have any business there. I know of 2,3 other highly degreed experts who just left JA altogether because of the dingbat answers they found in same cat. I'm thisclose to giving up too. More than a decade here and it's spiraled down to just jibberjabber about quality but as for delivery of quality? Same as my email notifications: Zero

  4. Experts should be able to appeal poor ratings directly to JA when they have made a resonable effort, but the customer cannot be pleased.

    Don't for a minute think that being opted out or opting out yourself will protect you from a negative. It doesn't.

  5. A pop up should appear when a customer rates negatively requesting the reason for doing so. That reason is then shared with us.
