    All question threads that are made available to search engines should be edited/cropped/redacted so the searcher only sees part of the answer not the whole solution. We are losing customers because of this. I've lost count of how many times I've heard references to posted answers. I've even had friends tell me they didn't need to pay because they Googled the answer for free!! Posting redacted/partial answers will still prove our credibility and drive traffic to the site

  4. Improve the primary profile page to reflect an expert's expertise in the category that is specific to the question asked.

  5. I would like to receive an email notification for each refund and also a reason from the customer for the refund.
