  1. A pop up should appear when a customer rates negatively requesting the reason for doing so. That reason is then shared with us.

    I see this as a way out of paying, after you have given an answer, especially those that give no correspondence after asking their question.

  2. Do away with anonymous user names. Too many customers are opening multiple accounts.

    Some very good ideas here.
    In a way, I'm glad I'm not the only one.
    So many customers are abusing this system. I think the grapevine is the reason for more of this happening. Look at the customers feedback and join dates as example of come and go customers.

    This is the best idea yet to increase productivity at home when away from screen momentarily. Can just listen for each sound and act accordingly.
