  2. I would like to know the customer's first name from the get-go. Why does JA not provide it until the follow-up?

    I really don't want to work for this customer anymore. Is there a way I can add them to a "blocked list", like I can do with certain eBay customers I don't want to deal with? If not, there should be one.
