incorporate a customer avoid list for experts.
I'd like to be able to put a customer on my own personal block list. It wouldn't have to actually block the customer, but it would be nice if I clicked on a customer that was in my list, it came up with a message saying I had blocked this customer. This would be great for us to put those customers who we provided a really good answer to that chose to reject the answer or who left us negative feedback or just customers who we would rather not deal with for what ever reason. With the way the customer names are, we can not easily spot a former customer to make that decision. Might have to come up with a different name for it since it doesn't actually block the customer, but perhaps call it an avoid list????

I really don't want to work for this customer anymore. Is there a way I can add them to a "blocked list", like I can do with certain eBay customers I don't want to deal with? If not, there should be one.

A great suggestion. In addition to seeing a customer's accept ratio, it's be interesting if experts were also able to see the number of experts that had that specific customer on their personal avoid list. Let's learn from each other...I'd love to know that 10 other experts had blocked/avoided a customer before sitting down to do a lengthy assignment for that customer.

That's a great idea jadeangel and here's why also. Years ago when customers used a screen name we had one or two customers that would constantly come back and ask the same question of many different experts, majority of experts gave the same answer but we found that customer abused the system, we reported the customer many times and finally it was taken care of, with the way things are now with customer numbers it's hard to remember who's who, this would help us identify those abusing the system. Although there is an accept ratio which we can see, with very few questions we don't even look at that anymore, at least I don't
