In addition to seeing a customer's accept ratio, it's be interesting if experts were also able to see the number of experts that had that specific customer on their personal avoid list. Let's learn from each other...I'd love to know that 10 other experts had blocked/avoided a customer before sitting down to do a lengthy assignment for that customer.
