  1. Explanations for all the features in the account/profile set up

    There are many features in the profile and miniprofiles set up that are deactivated and not explained anywhere as what they are, why are they deactivated, etc. It would be great to have a place where all these features are explaned, so we can make best use of them

  2. add a reminder of payment button

    In the Report question drop down menu, there should be a Request payment option. This can then be sent to the customer by email to remind them about payment.

  3. Allocate space for experts where they can put commonly used instructions

    More often that not, experts, specifically in computer category have to repeat same instructions again for each new customer. E.g. resetting the internet browser, unhiding hidden files etc. It would be less time consuming if the experts have a space where they can place such instructions and can reveal the instructions to the customer by providing a link etc.

  5. A mark that experts can use in my questions to distinguish or remind about questions

    Either a drop-down menu with some options, or different check points that the experts can use to remind, identify or classify their answered questions.
    Something like: check if this is answered, improve the answer, report to customer service.

  8. If a customer rates OK prematurely, then orally rates Excellent, we should get the Excellent Service rating.

    So many times a customer rates OK, then when the problem is fixed, they say, "I give you the highest rating." We're stuck with the OK rating, when we gave awesome service and the customer says so. This isn't fair to us, we earned an Excellent Rating.
