I thank you for bringing this topic up again. It is extremely annoying beside very time consuming to ask the customers to relist their model numbers again and again because they look so closely similar to phone numbers. And not only does it look unprofessional for us experts to repeatedly ask but when the customers do they will most likely rearrange the numbers causing an incomplete or inaccurate model number.
It is a waste of time, Money and most importantly customers start to loose trust if they have come to right web site to ask their questions.
