We need to be able to see
Kenmore model numbers we cannot see without asking the customer to space out the number or add a letter. Since we can now share phone numbers I see no reason for that model number which we have to ask for every single time to be hidden. Can we please now see the 1/4th of our customers model?

I thank you for bringing this topic up again. It is extremely annoying beside very time consuming to ask the customers to relist their model numbers again and again because they look so closely similar to phone numbers. And not only does it look unprofessional for us experts to repeatedly ask but when the customers do they will most likely rearrange the numbers causing an incomplete or inaccurate model number.
It is a waste of time, Money and most importantly customers start to loose trust if they have come to right web site to ask their questions.PLEASE, PLEASE address this issue.

Not only Kenmore numbers but inconsistent system operation..Ive said from day one..Lets get back to basics..What good does it do to Not only make things difficult for Customers to use the system but also experts....Wonder why there's not a strong show of experts willing to work the system..?...Or customers wanting to accept ..?...JA must be making it up on the subscriptions..Highly doubtful...Just a suggestion spend more time on getting the system to run smoothly rather implementing all the snazzy options...The system wont even let me stay signed in enough to post this comment...

The Kenmore models are a problem since they are numbers. This should be a quick fix...please get this fixed!

I Agree with Berry.
I just shake my head every time and some questions you have to ask two if not three times for the Kenmore model number,and you can tell the customer too gets aggravated about it!! -

I agree with Barry ! Its very inconvenient for both us and the customer. Its Also time consuming to have to ask for the customer to put a space between each number.
