  5. Allow multiple Accepts within one thread. When an Expert posts an answer the customer should be allowed to accept. I have lost $ from this

  7. The Find Questions page jumps around each time a new question gets posted, which makes it very difficult to read questions. Please stop that

  8. Experts should be able to appeal poor ratings directly to JA when they have made a resonable effort, but the customer cannot be pleased.
