Have you been able to screenshot and document your experience? The next time it happens, it would be really helpful if you could try and take a screenshot immediately when you’ve been kicked out (if you’re getting an error message, or does it just dump you onto another page?) The more information the better, then Tom in our Bugs forum can help diagnose the problem.

Based on my experience, I believe going to a biweekly pay system will increase the response rate. I work doing on-call and odd jobs. During the first part of the month, I will choose to take the jobs that pay daily or monthly over JustAnswer/Pearl because it will take longer than that to receive my pay from JA/Pearl. Towards the end of the month, I am more likely to choose working for JA/Pear over doing something else which might not be as enjoyable or readily available from home. I hope this can get worked out, because I would like to be spending more time working the site while having a better cash flow as well.
