    Please activate notification emails for chat replies when expert is out of chat. This feature is really helpful, since often customer in few hours or even days.
    Also the function of ''My questions'' is not too good. It would be good to see there all of the questions and chats where customer made a last reply in ''My customers waiting'' section, even if they are in expired status.

    New notification system does not work good for me. Gmail groups all the notification under one mail, which means i have to scroll down to the last notification through 60 or more aged ones.
    Also no notifications about customer replies in chats are given. It is quite hard to keep track now of all running conversations.
