Are the new email notifications working well for you? How can we improve them?

Email notifications ???
They seem to work at random and sometimes arrive in a bunch.
Really too bad as sometimes the timing is critical in getting an accept.
If the customer doesn`t have an immediate reply, he will often go away never to come back. -

don't allways receive for customer chat messages when I am not online. also multiple emails for same question are anoying. would like to receive new questions which matches the keyword once.

I agree with Daniel in the previous post.
I would prefer the question sent to my e-mail just once...Repeated notifications for the same question can become annoying.Also there still seem to be a few bugs with recognizing the keyword within the question.

Quit listing replies as new questions, this would be a big improvement.
That way I know what is and isn't new, would save lots of time. -

I thoroughly welcomed this feature and am making judicious use of it. Just one comment though, it would be nice if questions which have already appeared in previous mailings could be highlighted in someway as I do often find myself scanning though large numbers of questions already seen. Perhaps they could be ordered in ascending order of age.

New notification system does not work good for me. Gmail groups all the notification under one mail, which means i have to scroll down to the last notification through 60 or more aged ones.
Also no notifications about customer replies in chats are given. It is quite hard to keep track now of all running conversations.
