I agree. Also, in the "Report" drop-down menu provide an option for referral to the proper subject/category. Either allow us to do direct referrals to other experts, or have Moderators do them immediately. We can't even access experts in a certain field unless they are "new" or currently online. Sometimes it would be better to refer even if not online if that is only option.
