An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI think it's only fair that if the customer engages for more than a set period of time (say 30-60 minutes) and then decides to rate bad/poor and run that they should be accountable for some sort of payment. In the real work a customer does not get the real help of a professional and then simply decide that they don't "Like" the answer and not pay. It's unprofessional.
Absolutely 100% agree. I was actually just posting this as a new suggestion and then I saw yours already posted. It is frustrating beyond belief to type a long reply, go to hit Send, and then another question pops up right over it and you end up posting to that new question. We're almost a year after this was posted and nobody else thinks this is important, seriously?
