    I was just about to make this suggestion. Phone call requests, on a bad day, get so backed up that I can barely see questions come up.

    I answer the requests when I can, but I should be able to hide them if I can't respond to them.

  5. A pop up should appear when a customer rates negatively requesting the reason for doing so. That reason is then shared with us.

    Great idea. Of course, I'd be satisfied if I received an email notification of a negative review. There is a very narrow time window to try and change a person's mind.
