The customer should get a pop-up that says negative feedback, one or two, will not be posted to the answer unless reasons are stated.

An error occurred while saving the comment Irwin Law commentedI agree 100 percent. JA doesn't permit multiple accepts because (apparently) it runs contrary to their format where the customer pays a set subscription price for unlimited questions. That means multiple accepts would dramatically eat awayJA's income. Frankly, I don't understand how multiple separate questions with accepts doesn't do the same thing. I've often wondered if we as experts might be in direct competition with JA itself, but I that's above my pay grade.

An error occurred while saving the comment Irwin Law commentedThe phone call request system is useless unless you virtually park on the question page with unblinking eyes locked on it. I was once able to miraculously capture a question, only to have a pop-up tell me it was a mistake. Unlike Additional Services, I've always thought it was a dumb idea, but if it helps JA make money and stay afloat, more power to 'em.

An error occurred while saving the comment Irwin Law commentedI tend to agree with you. Our fate as experts should not be in the fickle hands of our customers, especially the types who used legal in order to avoid paying lawyers for ANYTHING. Hello!! I also wonder about the payment system itself, and if we are in fact competing with JA for a split of the money that the customer has paid. The system seems to be "boom or bust" for experts? Why? And the biggest mystery of all: Why are so many customers not returning to read the Answers. Are they all putting in for refunds, or are they leaving their money "on the table". Overall, I think this is a great website and I enjoy doing it.
