I think you are taking the mickey as my earnings have halved with your new business model - the customer pays the same - the bad experts are rewarded and us true experts get paid a pittance for spending hours with a customer providing accurate answers - how is this fair ? You need to be more open as to where you pluck the business model figures out for each category as none of then add up to ring true - please along with this run a proper review of the accuracy of some expert answers as they just put any old **** and then click the complete button - its not right im 50% worse off

The problem is they simply do not care. They are paying each expert less and more BS questions being answered to avoid refunds. It is a win-win system for them money-wise, so they are not going to change it.
And their attitude appears to be to ignore everyone and if you don't like it leave. They will just hire new experts to fill the gap.
They don't care about us long-standing experts; it is just reality hitting here they are just another big company who doesn't care about its workers.
