Allow the expert to kill the chat timer
Allow the expert to kill the chat timer. Customers seem mostly pressured to "feed the meter" in chat mode, and often times either decline and disappear for good, or get just as upset when you have to switch to Q&A. I would like the ability to kill the timer or pause the timer indefinitely to get more accepts.

There is a pause function, but the timer "pause" function doesn't seem to fully work. I've had the timer paused many times, and the user still gets kicked out or asked to purchase more time. In the computer category, its much easier to chat than Q&A, and when the question has an appropriate value, i'd rather chat for the initial fee than have to do Q&A.
