Deactivate inactive expert accounts.
Categories sometimes get saturated making it too competitive and difficult to work. Sometimes inactive experts come back making it even more difficult. I propose that if an expert has been inactive for a certain amount of time, 6 months or so, their account should be deactivated and they have to apply to the category again.

Maybe not so much of have to apply to the category again, but maybe have to get a moderator to unlock them. I have seen experts not come on for nearly a year, pop in and answer nearly every question that pops up for a few days, and then leave with many customers wondering where the follow up is.
