eradicate the Priority Access idea that's been implemented. It creates an unfair disadvantage.
This new feature creates a massive disadvantage to those experts that choose not to offer additional services. On those times when one with Priority Access is online, it makes it impossible for anyone that does not have it to be able to access questions and help customers. Please put the playing field back to level so that we can all enjoy using the site.

More than two years later, they have not only ignored this idea but have now taken it to a whole new level by giving more than six minutes head start to certain experts, four minutes to another set, and two minutes to others... This completely shuts off the ability for low-priority experts to help any customers. To top it off, they try to fool us by sending out emails saying we earned a head start, when we actually got just the opposite.

This gives certain experts too much of an advantage & is a bad business decision for JA. Why? Because if we don't believe that it is appropriate to offer additional services on every question, that some experts are doing just to get priority access, then what's going to happen is that you will be putting all of your eggs in a small basket. You shouldn't be trying to force us to do something that we don't think is necessary ALL THE TIME. Experts are not going to sit around & not be able to get any questions because 1 or 2 experts have priority access. It has already happened in the "Tax" category. Just look at the numbers. You've had one expert getting the majority of questions while there are fewer & fewer Experts online. So what happens if you have a problem with that Expert that has priority access and they are unable to serve for whatever reason? If the rest of us have to sit on the sidelines until the starters get hurt or ***** up, you may find that the bench is empty when you go there to say "OK, it's time to play". Just think about it. Sometimes we know a little more than management does; don't forget many of us have been doing this before many of you were born. There's no Substitute for Experience. Just one old soldier's perspective. Steve Grizey, (Tax & Financial Categories)

Priority Access is not needed. We all will answer the questions and offer any product that Just Answer has made available.
