Increase tier value in the car category
I believe that the tier value should be increased for silver, gold, and platinum.
I have no idea how to increase my quality grade other than try different types of tone when responding, hence why I have been stuck on silver, I've got onto gold for 2 weeks since the launch of this new system last september.
For this reason, I am earning at least half of what I was in the old system, even though the experts had to beg the customer for a rating above 3 stars to get credited but the monthly pay out was a lot more with a similar question volume.
Another reason for tier value increase is, the value of the USD since last september which has dropped from 0.78 to 0.7 against GBP, this greatly affects the overall monthly payment.

I would like to see each individual question paid out upon the appropriate tier level based on the quality of that particular answer, not on the entire week or the previous week. For example, instead of the expert being on one tier level the entire week, when each question is reviewed or "graded" it can then be assigned a tier based on the quality of that particular answer and paid out as such. This way we could look back and see exactly why it was rated the way it was and make changes/improvements to our answers as we go. We could see what the quality control team is looking at and why they rated/grated or "reviewed" the answer the way they did. While they currently give us these metrics, they don't tell us which exact questions they were looking at that lead us to the current tier for the week. I think this would would help out everyone. The customer, the website and the expert. This would help the expert improve the quality of their answer which would boost the expert earnings, improve customer experience (because quality will increase) and thus help JA because the customer will get a better experience. 😁
