All customers must leave deposit - fewer questions will be asked but net income will increase
At first this seems counterintuitive, but this model has been shown to increase a veterinarian's net - a 10% drop in cientele increased net by 20%

If experts have been sufficiently screened such that they are both expert and provide quality answers consistantly, then a deposit should be required. If this requires an minimum of answers with JA to evaluate the quality of answer to be moved to this level and customers get the choice of "premium" experts versus some lower level of experience or expertise, that would seem reasonable.

I so agree, it is so frustrating to work hours to provide quality answers and not have the deserved accept.

In Antiques way too many questions are flagged at being underpriced. I do not mind answering a $20 question but once it has been flagged CS deletes it even though an expert has answered. JA needs to put a minimum price and require a deposit. Experts need to respect the min. placed by JA.
