Make reports towards other experts efficient
When you report someone, that freebie junk is ridiculous. Reports need to be examined. Meaning someone needs to look at the experts accept rate and time online and past feedback and past complaints and past expert reviews then take an action for there reports recieved. Like one week at stage one or one week suspension. JA employees cant determine whats a good report or not, but the top ten experts in each category can. If the result is a bad expert having some time off then experts will chip in and help.

I find it sad that every single user on the website hasnt voted for this idea as much as possible.
I dont know how many more times I can watch expert A , B and C take on printer questions. Post the same exact answers they have been using for four years, never ask any questions at all and never try to diagnose or troubleshoot *at all*. And when you report them, It never matters. I suppose that its " allowed" every time you see a printer or car question to IMMEDIATELY without any info requests at all to answer " Buy a new car , printer "
In the printer category, this happens day in and day out.. Its not even a matter of incomplete or incorrect answers.. Experts like freddy M expect to be paid for saying " replace the printer" and nothing else.
Its ridiculous beyond belief. If the report system made " any " diffierence at all.. This wouldnt be happening.

I dont fully understand the above comment but I find the positive reports helpful and the negative reports to be unhelpful all around causing behind the scenes battling and mess..we need an anonymous way to let the site know of an expert who is inaccurate, or has issues..(I see that this can be used to hurt people and they have no recourse but the site should look at the big picture and would be able to tell what is real and helpful and what is being used to hurt another expert for no reason..if needed there could be a report to the expert after sometime..say 5 negative reports..that their is concern over their work and the site and the expert could handle the issue and leave out the experts who brought the issue to their attention.)
