Do away with the subscription. To many customers do not know to press accept.
The expert ends up having to explain a subscription and deposit and accept.

Did they fix the Customer interface so it looks like there is a choice? The big green subscription button I saw a few months ago completely overshadowed the little word (it might not have been differently-colored to ID it as a link) a one-time user would click to just to a question.

NO WAY. Our subscription customers are very good. I do think we need to make it clearer to them as to how to accept.

Sorry, don't agree here. I think JA should make the subscription process easier for the customer to understand (i.e. the customer is not paying additional when they click the Accept button)

Agree....and it seems that the box defaults to "subscription" and they have to know enough to un check the box
