Allow exceptional experts with great people skills to Video Chat with customers who opt for it
I am an expert who always uses chat. I will not use Q&A unless i am forced to. I receive a much higher accept rate this way as my personality comes across to the customer and they know they are dealing with a real person, not just someone copying standard answers into a box.
I often get accepts and bonuses on answers when the issue couldnt even be resolved just because of the positive experience I provide to the customer.
I feel that Video Chat with customers that have the capability to do so would just further improve that experience with the customer.
JA could even charge a small amount more for Video Chats. You could allow certain experts who go above and beyond with customers and show great people skills to do use this feature.

As I have said before it is time to use recent inventions in communication like the telephone or skype.

Thats why i made the point of saying the experts should be "chosen" (exceptional, good people people, etc.) lol.. I was trying to be nice.
I dont think it would be for everyone, but some of us could offer great service this way ;]
As in any idea, it could be great or go horribly wrong, but when it comes to making more money im willing to try anything!

Oooh, some people are pretty creepy stalky. One who used to work here would not use her own pic for that reason. So safety issues would need to be taken, although it would be more personal, so how personal do you want to get? That might be like giving you email or something.
