An error occurred while saving the comment Tamar commentedI agree, it stinks, ALSO
The entire new payment system is flawed. Platinum is basically unreachable and it's a pipe dream to ever think you will get there.
Home improvement and HVAC are vastly underpaid as well as other categories. Iwork twice as hard for the same pay. It's a joke and an insult

An error occurred while saving the comment Tamar commentedI whole heartedly agree. The new platform actually leaves us making less, platinum is basically unreachable and shouldn't even be shown as a possibility. Every hvac guy I talked to is in silver, and in rarer cases in gold. Please FIX THIS guys

I agree. The average used to be so much higher. Last month they had a 7$ bonus and it made it fair with me being in silver making 6.50. It was about even. Now they supposedly bumped home improvement up to 8.50/10/12 but here we are and it still hasn't happened.
The new tier system cannot gauge our styles and it cannot gauge context. It's just more and more work for less pay.
